INITIAL BRIEF: Expeditious incorporation of vehicle structured as an ASIC licensed manager (prior to MIA) for special purpose fund ready for imminent IPO.

 
SUBSEQUENT BRIEFS:
  • Installation of administrative and accounting facilities for sibling fund, mid-IPO, and manage through to ASX listing;
  • Extension of  INITIAL BRIEF through IPO and ASX listing; and
  • Assist with Fund Management Group's joint venture shareholding restructure.
